Tasty quick healthy breakfast idea | CarolynNotCaroline

A frying pan
Small drop of oil
1 banana
2 eggs
Any fruit to go on top (optional)


1. Heat your frying fan with oil. 2. Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk them. 3. Add in 1 mashed banana and mix together until a smooth batter forms. 4. Pour the batter into frying pan like you would with pancakes. 5. Leave it to set and flip to cook other side. 6. Plate up and top it off with some strawberries or any fruit of your choice.
