A little snack I enjoy a lot and thought I'd share it here.
YOU WILL NEED
- 1/2 cup of chopped dates.
- 1/2 cup of raisins.
- 1/2 cup of chopped almonds.
- 1 cup of oats or roughly 3-4 heaped tablespoons.
- 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut. (optional)
- 1/2 cup of honey.
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
- A mixing bowl.
- Parchment paper.
- A baking tray or dish.
