Homemade Peanut Butter Granola Bars | CarolynNotCaroline



A little snack I enjoy a lot and thought I'd share it here. 



YOU WILL NEED

  • 1/2 cup of chopped dates.
  • 1/2 cup of raisins.
  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds.
  • 1 cup of oats or roughly 3-4 heaped tablespoons.
  • 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut. (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of honey.
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
  • A mixing bowl.
  • Parchment paper.
  • A baking tray or dish.
